No More Sex Education Please – We’re British

“Abortion: Just so you know” is the title of a booklet published by the FPA, (formerly known as the Family Planning Association), which is designed to inform 12, (yes twelve), year olds and older about current UK abortion law, attitudes towards abortion, abortion procedures, and sources of further information and advice.
Why should a 12 year old need to know the ins and outs of abortion? Is sex not illegal for children under 16 in Britain? Yet the British government faced with the two fold crises of epidemics of teen pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases gives its support to the work of organisations like the FPA and British Pregnancy Advisory Service by granting them charitable status.
What sort of government is it which both actively and passively supports efforts to deprave the minds of our children?
John Reid and other ministers on one hand try to make political capital by talking tough about their policies towards child sex offenders, whilst on the other they actively and passively support the corruption of innocent (or at least should be innocent), minds of our young children.
Murder is a wicked act at all times, but state sanctioned murder such as on demand abortion is far worse and has already caused countless suffering both for the innocent children whose blood has been shed and also for the women who have succumbed to the advice of organisations like those mentioned above – which don’t promote a virtuous lifestyle for young people but either talk incessantly about using condoms, or ’should the worst come to the worst’, (a novel way of describing the conception of a child), then there is a simple clinical procedure which can be carried out to remove the problem.
What they don’t tell their clients is about the guilt and pain they might very well experience for the rest of their lives for making such a choice.
If our schools are required to teach sex education to our precious children to whom we entrustas caring parents, then perhaps they should have the moral courage to tell them that sex is a wonderful pleasure which can only be fully enjoyed by two people of the opposite sex who have committed themselves through marriage to each other for the rest of their lives.
Any alternative is wrong, wrong, wrong.
Of course if you are reading this and think it’s too late to make such a choice, that’s not true. Jesus whilst dying on a cross outside Jerusalem 2000 years ago spent the last hours of his life next to two criminals one of whom asked Jesus to remember him when he ‘came into His kingdom’.
Jesus assured this man who had lived a life of crime and was now being paid for it through execution that they would be in paradise together.
God hasn’t changed and is as merciful today as He was 2000 years ago.
