“Darwin’s Arch Kid” is at it again
Now what are the chances that the art of the anagramist revealing that super humanist and God denier Richard Dawkins’ name actually shows him to be in cahoots with and descended from his long time dead hero Charlie Darwin?
Are names significant? Where I live in Salisbury, England there is a funeral directors whose name is – wait for it, “Will Case & Partners”; one of my wife’s first bosses 27 years ago was a “Dr Butcher” who though a mere radiologist and apart from mistakenly catheterising her patients in a particularly gruesome and bloody manner had to leave the real butchery to the likes of surgeons. Nevertheless, she still chose to retain her gruesome maiden name throughout her professional career.
Some names of course have taboos associated with them, take Jezebel for instance, though she was the consort to a wicked king in Israel nearly three millenia ago, few parents in Britain even today would name their daughter after her because of the association with evil which her name conjurs up, (excuse the pun).
An other biblical example is Nabal - a churlish individual whose name is a euphemism for Fool. Which brings us back full circle to our learned professor Richard Dawkins a.k.a. ‘Darwin’s Arch Kid’. Psalm 14:1 describes the aetheist in this manner “The fool have said in his heart, there is no God”
There is a story doing the rounds amongst Christian Internet users at the moment about an Atheist who not content for ‘believers’ of any persuasion to have high days and holy days without parity for the faith group to which he belongs ie ‘those who believe in nothing’, brings a law suit in one of the American states. The judge listens to the arguments and dismisses the case out of hand. The reason he gives to end the proceedings is that Atheists indeed do have their own holy day – namely April the 1st and quoted the above scripture in evidence. It’s a little tongue in cheek but comparable to the wisdom of Solomon found in 1 Kings 3:16 – 3:28
So exactly what is Darwin’s Arch Kid up to? That will have to wait for a little longer whilst it evolves in my thinkery! In he meantime enjoy this video clip.
“Happy holidays”

I’m no scientist, so I may have gotten this wrong… but did Richard Dawkins just avoid answering the question?
Fish are my cousins… eating fish is akin to cannibalism. Oh dear…
He sure did.
